We proudly ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
• International Shipping: Rates and delivery times vary based on destination.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final on hair extensions, wigs, and hair care products.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
To request a return for damaged or incorrect items:
• Email us at r.a.hairsalon@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and a clear photo of the item.
• If approved, we’ll send instructions for return and replacement.
